Absolutely my best experience in a restaurant in a very long time. kim is a very lovely and attentive waitress I felt right a home. The food was plentiful, Super fresh, perfect temperature and delivered in order and on time. We ordered starters and four entrees. The breads and salads Absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was very fun, energetic and Italian. Special Thanks to Kim our waitress what an excellent job definitely going back again. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at East Side Mario’s thanks to one person: Karen. From the moment I sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Her timing, her attitude, her energy — all spot on. She anticipated our needs before we even asked and made us feel like VIPs the entire time. Honestly, she’s the kind of person that makes you want to come back just for the service. If anyone at East Side Mario’s is reading this, Karen deserves a raise and probably her own fan club too. Thanks again for the fantastic service. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing place. I am a vegetarian went there with a few other friends. The manager Rahul made me a special vegetarian lunch which was not in the menu, but very delicious. 5 star for sure!

We had an amazing experience at East Side Mario’s, all thanks to our incredible waitress, Kim! We were a large group of 12, and she handled everything flawlessly. She was fast, efficient, and made sure everyone had exactly what they needed without missing a beat. Despite how busy it was, Kim was always friendly, attentive, and kept the energy upbeat. Our drinks were never empty, our orders came out perfectly, and she made the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s not easy managing a big table, but Kim did it effortlessly with a smile! If you’re heading to East Side Mario’s, I highly recommend asking for Kim—she’s the best!

Rahul was exceptional today for lunch! My kids and I always come on the weekends because we are treated so kind and the food is incredible. I have never over the years received bad service-even at peak times. The BlackBerry Italian soda is a fave!

We had such a positive and welcoming experience at East Side Mario’s, and I want to give a huge shoutout to the incredible hostess and our amazing server, Christina. From the moment we walked in, we felt supported and cared for. The hostess was kind, professional, and completely unfazed by my service dog in training — she kept eye contact with me, which meant a lot. When we requested a booth, she cleaned it right away, but once we realized my service dog wouldn’t fit comfortably, she didn’t hesitate to pivot. She quickly set up a new table, removed extra chairs, and made sure he had enough room to settle in safely and comfortably. Our server Christina was just as incredible. She was quick, friendly, and understanding that my service dog is still learning his role. While he stayed under the table like he’s trained to, sometimes his little bum and tail would slide into the aisle — Christina and the other staff noticed but didn’t make a fuss, which we really appreciated. Their quiet support made a huge difference. It also didn’t go unnoticed that we were a party of two, and yet they gave us a table meant for six to accommodate my dog’s needs — no hesitation, no questions asked. That kind of thoughtfulness and accessibility is rare and so appreciated. Thank you, East Side Mario’s, for your kindness, professionalism, and inclusive service. We’ll definitely be back!
